Chin Capital™ was established in 2022 by Founder Daniel P. Chin. Daniel has over a decade of experience and a solid track record in Multifamily investing.
Chin Capital™ is the Asset Manager for the "Partnership" (Chin Apartment Fund LP), and is responsible for managing the assets of the Partnership and providing advice with respect to the Partnership's real property investment portfolio, and will receive fees pursuant to the Asset Management Agreement.
